Tania Nunez is a Project Manager in the Facilities

the Planning, Design and Construction Division in 2015 after 12 years of
working for design firms in New York City and San Jose, largely on public
education sector projects. At Sacramento State, she manages major capital
projects across campus, including multiple projects delivered via Collaborative
Design-Build. Over the last several years, she has managed approximately $200
million in construction across campus, in alignment with the 2015 approved
Campus Master Plan, which has laid the foundation for campus modernization and
growth over the next 20-25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the
University of Southern California and an Master of Science in Historic
Preservation from Columbia University, and is a licensed architect.
