James Pease is currently working with a California based Healthcare System to deliver a $6.5 billion capital program.

He leads teams using Lean Integrated Project Delivery to build projects in excess of $650M.  He develops ground-up medical centers, tenant improvements and mission critical infrastructure.

James is a past chairman of the Lean Construction Institute’s (LCI) Northern California Community of Practice and is a founding member of the California Chapter of the Construction Owner’s Association of America (COAA).  He is a frequent speaker and lean coach, focused on furthering Lean Integrated Project Delivery in the design and construction industry.

James is a licensed CA general contractor and has a BS in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
