Farid has 35 years of experience in assisting clients, owners, designers, and builders achieve success with innovative design and cost-effective prefabricated building solutions.
After graduating from University of Colorado, Farid began his career at S.A. Miro, Inc as a Design Engineer where his focus was on analysis, design and field inspection of structural floor systems, framework, foundations and lateral load systems of various commercial, industrial and residential structures. He quickly was promoted to the position of Project Manager where his responsibilities included overseeing design engineers and draftsmen. He started his career in precast concrete in 1985 as he joined Stanley Structures in Phoenix (later acquired by Coreslab Structures) as a Project Engineer where he was responsible for analysis of building systems and the design of individual precast and pre-stressed structural and architectural concrete components. He was then promoted to become the company’s Quality Control Manager. In 1988, Farid joined National Precast, Inc. where he spent a 15-year stint filling such positions as Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Field Operations Manager. Currently, at Clark Pacific for the last 15 years, Farid’s responsibilities have included account management, project estimating and budgeting as well as development of proposals. His latest accomplishment was the development and marketing of Clark PARC, a pre-engineered productized parking solution based on standards and best practices. Farid is well-known in the parking industry for his success in design-assist and design-build delivery utilizing precast concrete solutions.
